McDonald's in Bernau

It currently no longer tastes good. It seems like it wasn't freshly made, just kept warm. Too bad. Since we don't go to Mc Donalds that often, we are always happy. Now we don't drive at all.

Just a drive inn, but very friendly. We would love to come back

After 35 minutes of waiting on the drive, there was even no food and the milkshake machine didn't work again. And again you didn't get what you wanted! At least a young army was a little nicer.

Unfortunately, due to Corona a bit carotid. And difficult to walk on with a wheelchair or wheelchair through barriers.

Drive in. Food was cold and the sauces were missing. Promotions on the beverage cup have already expired. Toys from the Happy Meal were only available that were actually no longer available from the date. The question arises whether the food is fresh. It was very disappointing

Very tasty and always friendly, fast service. Unfortunately, people have often forgotten to pack something from the order at the drive in.

Update: It would be wonderful if we got what we ordered. The ultimate would of course also be if our burgers were warm or hot. I think that shouldn't be a problem at the time when the drive is exclusively sold. We keep on trying.

The fries were only three quarters full. It took forever to put the food together and the burgers were cold. It was definitely the last time I ate at this McDonalds.

Friendly staff, only the orders should be better sorted in the drive. The first one has to wait the longest. Not so beneficial for a fast food restaurant.

Dear employees, the food was delicious. Unfortunately I missed the drink. The burgers and fries were delicious. Everything was just great. The toys were great and the playground was so cool. Thank you for your service. The food is very good. The delivery time itself does not last when you play with your children. Sometimes the staff are rude but not always. The toilets are very clean. I recommend going out when you are there with your family. It was very nice at McDonalds. The burgers were nice and warm. Nothing was missing. It was all delicious. The playground is great. Was prepared quickly. But you could see they were overwhelmed. Just order something to take away and you have to specify everything. The one thing Corona ok, but what about data protection my friends? Sometimes you look forward to the meal so much and then there is a hair in it? A bit disgusting. Change something, thanks.

Nice and helpful staff. Order came quickly even though it was full. Great. I miss the straw when I drink. Why is it not asked whether you want one or not.

Although you only wanted to take something with you, you insisted on giving your data. Therefore leave the restaurant immediately. Then outside observed how people were driven from a table by the same guard, which is locked although the outside area was otherwise completely empty. You can exaggerate everything and here the employee seems to have found his profession.

Last time you forgot a pack of 6 nuggets ... And today even the big burger in the menu! You really have to always check whether everything is really included!

Dear people, please check your order if something is missing !!!! 2x fries were missing when ordering. Totally rude. Don't really understand German. After you went in and made the staff aware of what was missing, the staff became even more unfriendly. So we will not go there anymore !!!!

I am currently upset about the comments and reviews here, because I do not understand why bad reviews are given because this branch adheres to the applicable hygiene rules. We went to MCDonalds for a quick after the hardware store and I had no expectation. The staff were polite, the food better than expected and overall I was pleasantly surprised. :)

This must be the slowest ever McDonald's, drive-in always takes 10minutes minimum cos they don't cars move out of the way to serve others. Also, last week the woman in the drive-in stsrted complaining cause i was on a bicycle and wouldn't serve me. Idiotic place!

Rude german customer service like always, situation when you say hello in English AMTSPRACHE IST DEUTSCH and thats all for the conversation bit. How come their staff dont understand english when there whole menu is written basically in English 😉? Why not in German? That would have made sens then with the language barrier but that's just unlogical and racist....🤬

Very clean and friendly. Large parking lot and clean toilets. Nice ambience with plenty of seating. The only thing I didn't like were the full storage trolleys / dishes to where ??? 😏

Consistently slow and poor quality. I've only been there maybe 3 or 4 times. I keep thinking that maybe I just had bad luck the previous time - everybody has a bad day, right? Every time - painfully slow. Every time - only one person at a register. Every time, the buns are not fresh and taste/feel dry from being microwaved. This last time (today), they were out of sweet tea, my sandwich was cold, bun was bad. fries were dry, and it took me almost 9 minutes from walking in to walking out and there were only 2 people in front of me (both with small, single orders). How this place is still open, I have no idea. The consistently worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Awful.

Today we went there to eat. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. There was no soap in the dispenser. Got to one of the staff, a "lovely" young "lady" and told her in English: "Hello, there is no soap in the gents toilet." Her answer on the RUDEST way I ever heard in a restaurant: "I don't speak English, I'm German, go to one of my colleagues!" Was kind of screaming at me IN ENGLISH in front of the other customers. She was DISGUSTING and very RACCIST even I'm blonde with blue eyes. She gets her salary, because I'm eating there. Is this really, where Germany is heading?
